Well, we’ve finally reached the end of our summer 2009 journey – and in a time-honoured tradition made famous by awards ceremonies and wedding speeches, we’d like to take this opportunity to say a few words...

2009 Ibiza DJ Awards at Pacha
Another year, another DJ awards ceremony. Another awards ceremony, another wardrobe crisis. Another wardrobe crisis, another reason to hit the sales… But oops, I digress! Back to the business of the DJ awards…
As with previous years, tonight’s proceedings began with a cocktail party for nominees at Ocean Drive Hotel, where the mojitos were free-flowing and the music came from a quirky DJ set-up in a funky little Red Bull-mobile. Then was time to hotfoot it down the road – just a hop, skip and a shimmy down the red carpet – to the hallowed halls of Pacha, where the ceremony itself took place.
