The Art Box opening at The Virgen Market

Celebrate the opening of ‘the world’s smallest art gallery’, a miniscule cubic space in Ibiza’s historic Calle de la Virgen, curated by Barbara Boner and Mariateresa Setaro. The opening exhibition is Aqua, an interpretation of the natural element of water in contemporary styles by artists Carolina Sardi, Luciana Abait and Elettra Mallaby, from 9pm.

Bolliwood Nights at KM5
The idea of Bollywood-meets-Ibiza isn’t actually as far-fetched as it may seem. We have oodles of sparkle, the best music, fabulous shows and plenty of dancing, so quite a lot in common with the world’s largest film industry! As for the romance, love triangles, heroes, villains, fashion, drama and action – well, Ibiza has all of that too.
Tonight, it was all taking place under the stars at KM5 in the form of a Bollywood tribute party – and I was among the first to get my bindi on and get involved…

It does all seem to be about vegetables these days. Each time I think I’m going to write about flesh, some vegetable comes along and demands my attention. This time it’s courgettes. Little yellow courgettes.
Over the last few years the courgettes available in Ibiza have improved. But now the vegetables at Can Riera have come into season, there are absolutely perfect ones. Small and firm, tasty and crisp.
